Let’s work it out.

For gameplay help, technical issues, accessibility feedback, or privacy requests.

What to include

  • Your game version and whether you’re using the app or GBA edition.
  • Your device model and operating-system version, or your GBA hardware / emulator name.
  • What you expected, what happened, and the steps that led to it.
  • A screenshot, if it helps. Please leave out personal or sensitive information.

No passwords, payment details, or account access are needed for support.

Your first steps in Aster

  1. Press START, then open PLAY.
  2. Choose STORY MODE for the circuit or QUICK MATCH for a battle.
  3. Visit GUIDE for the beast library, rules, symbol key, and training matches.

Use the D-pad to navigate, A to confirm, and B to go back.

Controls, appearance & sound

In the app, tap the gear on the outer controller to open App Settings. Choose a controller finish and adjust music and sound effects separately. Preferences save on your device.

The mobile layout supports portrait and landscape. On desktop, open Settings → Controls to adjust keyboard, mouse, or controller bindings. Follow the button prompts shown in your game.

If an input seems stuck, release all controls and reopen the app. If audio is missing, check both the game’s volume sliders and your device’s sound settings.

Protecting your progress

Progress, preferences, and suspend data are saved locally. If a save seems missing, check that you opened the same edition on the same device.

Contact support before deleting or reinstalling the app. Removing the app can remove your local progress. Support cannot recover a save that was not backed up.

Device backups may include app data depending on your platform and settings. The game does not provide its own cloud-save service.

Playing the GBA edition

The original GBA edition uses a .gba game file with compatible GBA hardware or an emulator. Touch controls, controller finishes, and app Wi-Fi settings belong to the native app.

Keep your GBA battery save backed up before changing emulators or moving game files. The app does not import GBA saves. If you need help, include the emulator name and version or the hardware you use.
