Who we are

Ryan Arthur Walker develops Echo Beasts: The Aster Circuit and provides this support website. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the game, visit this website, or contact support.

Information in the game

The current game does not require an account and does not include advertising, analytics, or tracking tools. It does not send your solo gameplay or saved progress to servers operated by the developer.

Game progress, preferences, and saved matches are stored locally on your device. For the GBA edition, save storage is managed by your cartridge hardware or emulator. Third-party emulator and device services have their own privacy practices.

Optional local-network play

When you choose Link Battle in the app, local-network access is used to discover or connect to another player’s device. Local network addresses, temporary room information, and match actions are exchanged directly with that device to run the game.

The developer does not operate a matchmaking or gameplay-storage server for this feature. You may decline or revoke Local Network permission and continue playing solo modes.

Information you send to support

If you email support, Ryan Arthur Walker receives your email address, the name supplied by your email service, your message, and any attachments you choose to send. This information is used to respond, investigate problems, and handle privacy requests.

Support email is handled through Microsoft Outlook. Microsoft processes these communications to provide its email service. Please do not send passwords, payment information, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Support correspondence is retained only for as long as needed to resolve your request and meet any applicable legal obligations, then deleted. You can request deletion by contacting ryansaspp@outlook.com.

This website

This website does not include optional analytics, advertising trackers, contact forms, or embedded social-media widgets. Its pages do not set optional cookies or store preferences in your browser. Email links open your email application; no message is sent until you choose to send it.

The site is hosted using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages, and request times to deliver and secure the website. Any essential hosting cookies or security logs are handled by those providers under their policies; their retention is controlled by the providers.

Platform services & sharing

Apple and other platform providers may process store transactions, device backups, and platform diagnostics under their own policies. Device backups may include local game data according to your settings. These services are separate from developer-operated gameplay collection.

The developer does not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Support information is processed by the email provider to deliver the support service and may be disclosed if required by applicable law.

Your choices & deletion

You can manage Local Network access in device Settings. Removing the app removes its local app data, subject to any device or cloud backups you retain. Offloading an app may preserve its data. Manage backups separately through your platform settings.

For GBA saves, use your hardware or emulator’s save-management features. Back up progress before removing save files. The developer cannot restore local progress that was not backed up.

Contact support to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you sent directly. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights regarding personal information. We may ask for enough information to verify a request and locate the relevant correspondence.

Children’s privacy

The game does not request personal information or create player accounts. If a child sends personal information to support, a parent or guardian may contact the developer to request its deletion.
