Small questions.
Clear answers.
The essentials for finding your way around Aster, on the app or the original GBA edition.
Getting started
What is Echo Beasts?
Echo Beasts: The Aster Circuit is a fantasy creature-drafting game built around tactical 2-on-2 battles. Explore the Story Circuit, try Quick Match, and learn your team’s strengths in the in-game Guide.
Where should I start?
Choose PLAY, then STORY MODE for the main journey. Open GUIDE to read the rules, meet the beasts, and try training matches. QUICK MATCH lets you jump into a battle.
Do I need an account or an internet connection?
No account is required. Solo modes can be played offline. Optional local-network Link Battles connect two nearby devices on the same network.
How do I unlock later challenges?
Complete the Story Circuit to unlock the Challenge Circuit. Finish both to open Hollowlight Mines, where fixed-team trials award alternate Deepglow forms.
The app & your progress
How do I change the controller finish or sound?
Tap the gear on the outer controller in the app. App Settings includes six standard color combinations, 36 illustrated finishes, and separate music and sound-effect volume controls.
Can I play in portrait or landscape?
Yes. The mobile app adapts its on-screen controls to portrait and landscape. Rotate your device to switch layouts.
Where is my progress saved?
Progress and preferences are stored locally on your device. There is no game-operated cloud-save service. Device-level backups depend on your platform and backup settings.
Should I reinstall if something goes wrong?
Contact support first if the problem involves saved progress. Deleting the app can erase local data. Include your device, game version, and a description of the issue in your email.
Can I transfer a GBA save into the app?
No. The GBA edition and the native app use different save formats. GBA battery saves are not imported into the app.
Link Battles & privacy
Why can’t my devices find each other?
For app Link Battles, check that both devices use the same Wi-Fi network and game version. Allow Local Network access, host on one device, and join from the other. Guest networks can block connections between devices.
Does Link Battle need an online account?
No. App Link Battles exchange connection information and match actions directly between the two devices. There is no developer-operated online matchmaking server.
Does the game use ads or tracking?
The current game does not include advertising, third-party analytics, or tracking tools. Read the privacy policy for details about local play, optional network play, and support communications.
How do I ask a privacy question or request deletion of a support email?
Email ryansaspp@outlook.com with your request. Tell us enough to find your correspondence without including passwords or payment details. Local game saves are managed on your device.
